Before the session

Before the session

Prior to the session we will meet by telephone and discuss what we will work on in the RTT session. The sessions are held in my practice in Amsterdam, or from the comfort of your own home, via a Skype or Zoom video call.

Step 1: identifying the root cause

After a short induction into hypnosis, or rather a very deep relaxation, I will guide you to identify the cause of your unwanted behaviour or problem. Under hypnosis you are fully responsive. You do not sleep, you are very relaxed and still aware. You can compare it to when you daydream and lose track of time. During this deep relaxation you are connected to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind has stored every detail and every memory of your life. And this is how we can find the root cause of your problem and/or unwanted behaviour.

Step 2: interrupting the pattern

Once we have found the root cause, you are immediately liberated having released the old beliefs that were holding you back. The powerful and effective RTT techniques, will give your subconscious an "update" and reprogram your brain with personal positive commands. This will stimulate and activate new behaviour that you desire.

Step 3: installing new positive beliefs 

The last part of the session consists of a hypnotic transformation that I record and give to you after the session so that you can listen to it at least once a day for the next 21 days.

After the session

Listening to the transformation every day is absolutely necessary to reprogram your brain, because your brain needs at least 21 days to take on a new belief. During this period I will support and motivare you to ensure that these new positive beliefs have a lasting effect on your life.

The effectiveness of RTT means that you usually only need one and a maximum of three sessions to transform a problem in your life.

The duration of a session is between 90 and 120 minutes.
